IM-03 ELECTRIC VULCANIZER for PASSENGER TIRES is the high quality electric vulcanizer for passenger tires.
It is suitable for repairs on all diagonal and radial tires as well as tubeless tires and inner tubes. It's automatic pressure mechanism permits a quick and simple handling of the apparatus and the thermastat controlled temperature upto 250^oC can be cut off automatically when reach the required temperature. A unit of IM-02 consists of several parts for use as required.

วิธีซ่อมแผลหน้ายางจุ๊บเลส
1.ซ่อมแผลหน้ายางด้านในถุงทรายอยู่ด้านนอก เปิดความร้อนเฉพาะด้านใน ใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาที ขึ้นอยู่กับยางดิบเป็นเกณฑ์
2.วิธีซ่อมแผลหน้ายางด้านนอก ใช้ถุงทรายด้านใน เปิดความร้อนเฉพาะด้านนอก
3.วิธีซ่อมแผลข้างยางด้านใน ใช้ถุงทรายด้านนอก เปิดความร้อนเฉพาะด้านใน
4.วิธีซ่อมแผลข้างด้านนอก ใช้ถุงทรายด้านใน เปิดความร้อนเฉพาะด้านนอกหรือเปิดไฟด้านนอก ให้ความร้อนส่งถึงด้านใน โดยเวลา 40นาที ทิ้งไว้ให้เย็น
5.วิธีซ่อมแผลมุมด้านใน ใช้ถุงทรายอยู่ด้านนอกแล้วเปิดความร้อนเฉพาะด้านใน

OPERATIONS FOR REPAIRING TUBELESS TIRES.
1.Tubeless tire repair, Place sand bag between the tread and the heating plate. Curing is made to the inner surface for 15 minutes.
2.Tread repair : Place sand bag between the inner surface and the heating surface. Curing is made to the tread.
3.Inner side wall repair: Place sand bag between the outer side wall and the heating surface. Curing is made to the inner side wall.
4.Outer side wall repair: Place sand bag between the inner side wall and the heating surface. Curing is made to the outer side wall for 40 minutes. Under pressure cool off.
5.Inner shoulder repair: Place sand bag between the shoulder and the heating surface. Curing is made to the inner side of the shoulder.
6.Shoulder repair: Place sand bag between the heating surface and the inner shoulder. Curing is made to the shoulder.
